What does TradeOpto produce from a walkthrough?
An itemized scope of work with quantities, each line matched to a rate catalog and priced. From there you get a proposal your client can sign and, once it is approved, a work order with the cost, site and trade details. You can edit everything before it goes out.
Which languages does it support?
You can speak in English, Spanish or Portuguese. The proposal is written in your client's language with the numbers unchanged, and both versions stay with the job.
Where do the prices come from?
From a rate catalog, never a guess. Solo and Pro use the TradeOpto catalog. Scale lets you upload your own supplier price sheets as CSV or Excel, so materials match what your distributors actually charge, and flags any line that drifts from your rates.
Do I need a computer?
No. You capture jobs in the iPhone app on site. Reviewing, sending proposals, collecting signatures and tracking payments also work from your web account at tradeopto.com, if you prefer a bigger screen.
Does it connect to our other systems?
Scale and Enterprise plans connect to your CMMS or ERP, so approved work orders and costs land in your system of record, and your past job costs and negotiated rates feed the estimates. We set this up with you during onboarding.
What happens to my data?
Your recordings, photos, scopes and client details belong to you and are only used to produce your estimates and work orders. You can delete your account at any time from the app. The privacy policy has the full detail.
