If it does not work with one hand on a ladder, it does not ship. We test on jobsites, not in conference rooms.
Speak the customer's language
Literally. Our customers work in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and so do we.
Numbers you can defend
Every estimate traces back to a catalog and a rate. We run the company to the same standard.
Ship, then walk the site
Release small, then go see how a contractor actually uses it. The second half is the part most teams skip.
Ownership
Small team, wide lanes. You will own outcomes, not tickets, and have the access you need to deliver them.
Plain talk
Contractors do not have time for jargon and neither do we. Clear writing, direct feedback, no politics.

Bilingual Field Intern
Field · Remote · Internship · Spanish · Portuguese
Ride along on real walkthroughs with contractors, record and review estimates in Spanish or Portuguese, and feed what you learn straight back to the product team.
What you will do
- Shadow contractors on site and capture walkthroughs in the app
- Review bilingual estimates for accuracy and tone in both languages
- Log where the product gets the trade wrong and help fix the catalog
- Help onboard new contractors in their language
Account Manager
Customer · Remote · Full-time
Own a book of contractor and enterprise accounts from first estimate to renewal. You are the person they call when a proposal has to go out tonight.
What you will do
- Run onboarding and quarterly reviews for your accounts
- Turn customer feedback into prioritized product requests
- Expand seats and plans where the value is already there
- Coordinate with support so no issue waits on a handoff
Onboarding Specialist
Customer · Remote · Full-time · Spanish · Portuguese
A native Spanish or Portuguese speaker who gets a new crew from sign-up to their first signed estimate, in the language they work in.
What you will do
- Lead onboarding calls and in-app walkthroughs in Spanish or Portuguese
- Set up trades, rates and catalogs so the first estimate is right
- Write and maintain bilingual help content
- Handle support in your language and escalate what needs engineering
Founding Engineer
Engineering · Remote · Full-time
Build the field-to-cost pipeline end to end: speech, extraction, catalog matching, pricing and the proposals that come out the other side.
What you will do
- Ship across the Express and MongoDB backend, the Expo app and the Next.js site
- Improve extraction and matching quality against real walkthroughs
- Own reliability of the transcription and PDF pipelines in production
- Talk to contractors regularly and let it change what you build
